The 30 Day Challenge:
1) Spend 30 minutes every day for 30 days as follows:

a) Ask yourself what you could do to have the most positive impact on the most people without causing yourself pain/suffering?

b) Brainstorm and answer this question.

c) Pick at least one thing and do it for 30 minutes.
